Jeff Dronkers has dedicated his career to strengthening communities by addressing hunger, homelessness, and the needs of individuals and families facing crisis. With decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, he has managed food bank operations, overseen emergency food distribution programs, and administered emergency food and shelter initiatives through the United Way. His work has focused on building partnerships, expanding access to essential resources, and improving services for vulnerable populations.

As a member of the We Care Board of Directors, Jeff brings extensive expertise in food security, homelessness prevention, nonprofit operations, and collaborative community solutions. His deep understanding of the challenges facing local families helps guide We Care’s programs and strategic direction. Jeff is passionate about ensuring that every individual has access to the support and resources they need to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
