In deciding to join We Care, Anne noted “now, more than ever, families need supportive services to help them overcome the economic impacts of rising housing prices and overall cost of living increases, while still adapting to the long-term impact of the pandemic on the social and emotional well-being of themselves and their loved ones. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead We Care in meeting its crucial mission in our communities.”

Thank you to everyone who has donated to help support our families. Santa’s is coming to town.
NLYM South Coast Chapter Class of 2025 Young Men volunteered on Sunday 11/5/23 at the We Care Food Bank in Los Alamitos. The boys assisted with disposing of expired food, organizing the shelves, disposing of empty boxes, and organizing the boxes of food by expiration date. To quote Karen, “they were fantastic.” NLYM plans to organize future volunteer dates to help out at the food bank!
The NCL South Coast girls loved helping to shop and prepare food baskets for donation.
